Saw this interesting model kit of G1 Grimlock together with Wheelie over at Big Bad Toy Store. This model kit was actually unveiled during the Wonderfest and now, it is available for purchase.

The Henkei Grimlock is very similar to the Classics Grimlock in terms of sculpt and articulation. The obvious difference is that the Grimlock from the Henkei series is chrome plated while the Classics line is not.

Next in line for the Takara Masterpiece series is going to be Masterpiece Grimlock. Grimlock is numbered MP 08 and before him was Thundercracker being MP 07.

This coming Christmas is going to be an exciting one as Hasbro has decided to feature the minibots series in their Transformers Universe Legends wave 4 set.
